Chamaepsila martineki n. sp.
Male. Head completely orangish, excepting brownish ocellar triangle. Antennae orangish, 3rd joint brown dorsal and apically; arista micropubescent. Palpus orangish, brown apically. Gena/ocular height=6/10.
Chaetotaxy yellow: 2ors, oc, 3vt, pvt divergent.
Thorax completely orangish, excepting: a) mesonotum with an anteromedial dark brown triangular spot not reaching the transversal suture (fig. 1); b) sternopleura with a medial horizontal more or less distinct brown band; and c) metanotum brown. Scutellum orangish.
Chaetotaxy yellow: ldc, lnp, lsa, lpa, lsc.
Wing yellowish, Cs3 and Cs4 subequals, ta-tp 3 times as long as tp. Haltere whitish.
Legs completely yellowish. Abdomen brown, white haired. Sternite 6 clearly longer than wide.
Male genitalia: epandrium (fig. 2) brown, dark brown apically, inner side without teeth, somewhat haired. Paramere (fig. 3) very simple, without teeth. Aedeagus rectangular, band-shaped. Anterior and posterior pregenital sclerites Y-shaped, posterior sclerite slightly rectangular (fig. 4).
